WHO WE ARE

Leeds Facility Managers Limited an indigenous firm, with its sister company Maintenance Solution Limited, formed by Nigerians with support from international Facilities Management Experts in the UK and USA with the aim of life cycle management of facilities for public and private investments.

We are made up of highly skilled experience individuals with wide range of experience working with older firms and also in the public service over an extensive period of time. Also, included in our staff list, are other professionals in the facility management industry who are invaluable to a development that is projected to yield value for money at inception and a life cycle optimization of resources for a maximum yield on investment.

We maintain firm hold on the old traditional value of placing honour and integrity, above personal profit. We also add a personal touch, which is lacking in most business relationships as existing nowadays.

At Leeds facility Managers Limited, our services and activities in the Facility Management Industry are clearly several paces beyond the usual activities of a great number of estate firms. Our services are not restricted to the shallow “rent collection” and commission charging, as evidenced all over the country today.

Our services are broad based, and span through the whole spectrum of the building industry from site acquisition, through design and construction to the point where the property is occupied, and we manage efficiently in order to promptly realize investment objectives.

Furthermore, our Chief Executive, an expert in facility management is a teacher and Consultant to many notable organization and the other Charter President of Abuja Chapter of International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He has publish two books on the practice of Facility Management in Nigeria.
